Recently I was contacted by a friend regarding a video put out by the YouTube Channel: Montagraph inquiring about information on a document release of Nancy Lanza’s Autopsey Report. I will provide that info at the bottom of this article.
Meanwhile in conversation with Montagraph I asked Monty if he knew about the recent release of the extradition information on Jonathan Reich?
While we looked into the documents some interesting observations began to unfold.
A few notes to review regarding the warrants provided.
- Initially Jonathan is held on a $50,000.00 Bond for a Class C Misdemeanor charge of Harassment.
- Secondary bond requirement of $100,000.00 required for again a Secondary Class C Misdemeanor. (FYI Mr. Reich`s personal lawyer, Attorney Christopher Grotz, DID appear on the date Jon is being charged with failure to appear. Grotz appeared and explained threats and harassment occurred to Mr. Reich, preventing him from coming. Months later and without warning, Jon Reich’s Lawyer had been replaced by a new representative by the court. No notification or permission was given to or by Jonathan Reich. However there was a `Motion to withdraw appearance` on 6-11-15 that appear to forfeit the times indicated, (on page 14 of the doc) of no appearance. There is no failure to appear on his scheduled appearances in the month of Nov. of 2015. on page 13 of the so called warrant issuance. – A lawyer was present at the court on Mr. Reich’s behalf. Mr. Reich was not in attendance as agreed due to harassment by the suspected HONR Network.
- The date of Jonathan Reich`s arrest was on November 21, 2016 and the arrest warrant information seems to indicate they proceeded with the warrant on Nov. 25, 2016 and Extradition in Feb. of 2017.
Please keep in mind the following documents are based on allegations and are not formally considered true and or accurate statements of events. Until which time the audio recordings are provided as proof of wrongdoing statements herein are allegations only.

fter reviewing the documents associated with Jonathan Reich, it became very obvious there is a two tiered justice system in the United States. One law for those who HAVE everything and One law for those who HAVE-NOT, a definite distinction between classes of people. These opinions led to my providing Montagraph with a video of Gov. Dan Malloy side stepping security with a back pack belonging to his son, at an airport security check.

hile searching Gov. Dan Malloy`s family and their illegal activities we discovered a nephew by the name of Kerry Malloy.
Gov. Malloy’s Nephew Accused of Trespassing at Jewish Academy
By Stephanie O’Connell

The nephew of Gov. Daniel Malloy has been arrested on charges of trespassing at a Jewish academy in Stamford.
According to the Stamford Advocate, Kerry Malloy and his girlfriend Courtney Wilson of Stamford were each charged with criminal trespassing, breach of peace and conspiracy after they returned to the Yeshiva Bais Binyomin Monday after they were escorted off by police.
The Advocate reports that an employee at the academy called police to report that an intoxicated Malloy and Wilson were In the yeshive and refused to leave.
When police arrived, they were in a classroom filled with students who were clearly in fear of them.
When they were asked to leave, the Advocate reports that Malloy began talking about his constitutional right to observe and inquire about the Jewish religion. Police smelled alcohol on Malloy’s breath.
Officers escorted them off the property and told them not to return. About 25 minutes later, the pair was arrested after police found them on the property.
The Stamford Advocate goes on to report that Malloy became argumentative and uncooperative while in custody. He would not allow his photo to be taken or police to take his fingerprints.
Malloy and Wilson were both released on $500 bond and are due in court on Jan 6, 2013.
Malloy is an inspiring actor and currently has a role in the new Leonardo DiCaprio film “The Wolf of Wall Street.”

Montagraph and I were in Shock, after reading the segment regarding Kerry Malloy’s Fav. production. Wow! We both said. Really! “Dance Dance Revolution” We both knew this revelation was a strange connection back to Sandy Hook & Gov. Dan Malloy’s legacy on Gun Control.

he conversation with Montagraph was getting interesting! We recommend you (the reader) review the FaceBook accounts on each of the individuals who posted comments (recorded) on the video above of Adam Lanza. You will find either their posts from the full year of 2012 have been scrubbed (Not available) or their account has been hacked and basically scrubbed. Why disappear the comments they made regarding Adam Lanza?

Mayor’s son arrested for drug possession
Published 7:00 pm, Wednesday, November 7, 2007
STAMFORD — Republicans and Democrats expressed concern for the family of Stamford Mayor Dannel M. Malloy after his son’s drug arrest.
Malloy’s son, Benjamin Malloy, 19, was arrested along with four minors on Wednesday, Nov. 7 and he faces an array of drug charges including possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
“Any of us could have that problem and some of us did with raising our children,” said Chris Munger, chairman of the Stamford Republican Town Committee. “Dan and Jackie [Malloy] need our prayers and help that this problem can be resolved.”
Munger spoke with Malloy on Thursday and said his “prayers and thoughts” are with the mayor. Speaking on behalf of the Stamford Republican Party, Munger urged Republicans to set aside political differences when addressing the matter.
“This is not a political thing,” he said. “This is a parent thing. Most of us are parents and our heart goes out to him.”
Ellen Camhi, chair of the Democratic Town Committee, said humanism will prevail in public opinion of Malloy.
“Democrats and Republicans are people,” she said. “We bleed red and you have to have this kind of understanding. I can’t imagine too many people who will come down harshly on him.”
Camhi believes the arrest will not affect the Stamford mayor’s political career.
“He’s not alone,” she said. “There are so many other families who face this tragedy and it is a tragedy.”

Mayor’s Son Busted — Again!

As Stamford Mayor Dannel Malloy explores a run for the governor’s office, his son is in trouble with the law again.
Ben Malloy, 21, and two other men tried to rob drugs from a Darien man early Tuesday morning, Darien Police said.
Initially, the man told police he was the victim of an armed home invasion, but police said they quickly realized it was a drug buy turned robbery.
Police believe Malloy and two other men had arranged to buy drugs from the victim, but instead of handing over cash, they pulled out guns and told the victim to hand over the drugs. When the victim refused, Malloy and his two friends took off, police said.
Darien Police obtained search warrants for Mayor Malloy’s Stamford house and three other homes.
“We did find some evidence of marijuana, narcotics and in the home in Darien where the complaint did originate from, and we recovered one of the weapons that was displayed during the attempted home robbery”, said Lt. Ron Bussell of the Darien Police Department.

No Jail For Ex-stamford Mayor Dannel Malloy’s Son
Robbery Attempt
STAMFORD — The son of prospective Democratic candidate for governor Dannel Malloy was sentenced Thursday to five years’ probation for his role in a drug-related attempted armed robbery last March.
In a plea deal, Benjamin Malloy, 22, was spared prison time in exchange for his guilty plea in Superior Court in September to a charge of attempt to commit first-degree robbery and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Dannel Malloy, a former longtime mayor of Stamford who recently left the office, is widely viewed as one of the top Democratic candidates in the 2010 gubernatorial race. In 2006, Malloy lost the Democratic gubernatorial primary to New Haven Mayor John DeStefano.
Dannel Malloy and his wife appeared in court with their son, but the former mayor did not make a statement on his son’s behalf. Benjamin Malloy also did not make a statement in court.
“Obviously we’re happy this chapter has come to a conclusion,” Dannel Malloy said later, outside court. “We love our son very much. We are happy he continues to get the help he needs and hope he will continue to make progress.”
Benjamin Malloy’s attorney, Robert Bello, told the judge that Malloy accepts responsibility for the crime.
“He blames no one. He’s an intelligent man who should have known better,” Bello said. He added that Benjamin Malloy has a network of people who are supporting him, especially his mother and father, who he said “have done everything humanly possible” to help their son.
Bello said Benjamin’s parents noticed psychological problems in their son when he was as young as 10 and sought help.
The prosecutor, David I. Cohen, said he considered it a fair sentence, but the suspended sentence gives Benjamin Malloy “enough rope to hang himself,” he said.
Comerford spoke sternly to Benjamin Malloy, saying his criminal activity has embarrassed a family that has given a lot to the Stamford community.
“They have given you everything – it’s up to you now,” Comerford said. “I wish you good luck, son. Stay out of trouble, OK?”
The two felony charges Malloy pleaded guilty to carry maximum penalties combined of more than 20 years in prison.
Darien police, with search warrants in hand, went to then-Mayor Dannel Malloy’s home last March in Stamford’s affluent Shippan section. Benjamin Malloy was arrested along with two other men in connection with what police said was a botched drug deal at a Darien home.
According to Darien police, Eric Sing was confronted at the door of his Old Kings Highway North home by three men, two of whom were armed, with a BB gun and a .22-caliber pistol. They attempted to force their way into the home, but Sing ran inside and called police.
Detectives later learned that what was first reported as a home invasion was actually an attempted robbery and that Sing and the other men, including Malloy, had made a deal to buy marijuana.
Malloy and the two other men at the door refused to pay for the drugs. When they ordered Sing to hand over the drugs, he refused, and Malloy and the others fled, police said.
Police searched Sing’s home and two other Stamford residences, including Malloy’s.
Malloy had been arrested previously, in November 2007, on numerous drug charges after police said he sold drugs four times to an informant who was wearing a wire during a two-month police investigation.
A Superior Court judge granted Malloy accelerated rehabilitation, a probationary program for first-time offenders that if successfully completed can result in the erasure of the criminal charges. But nine months into the two-year probationary period, Malloy was arrested again in connection with the attempted armed robbery.
The two other men with Malloy during the Darien attempted robbery, Michael Krepak and Karl Hanson, both of Stamford, also received suspended sentences. In September, they pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy to possess marijuana in exchange for suspended two-year prison sentences and two years probation.
Sing pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and received a suspended one-year prison sentence and two years’ probation.
P
oor Gov Malloy felt that such an invasion of his privacy made him feel so violated and distressed. This following article made me wonder if he was going to pursue compensation from the public coffers, for the police intrusion.A Public Couple Knows a Private Pain Isn’t Unique
MAYOR Dannel P. Malloy and his wife, Cathy, sat on a dark sofa in the mayor’s downtown office, gingerly assessing the newly blurred boundary between their private and public lives.
On March 4, as Mr. Malloy was ramping up an exploratory campaign for governor, their son Ben, 21, was arrested for the second time in 16 months, bringing the police to their home in a search for drugs.
The Malloys said in a brief public statement that day that the arrest resulted from a private struggle with “emotional illness.”
Now, six days later, the couple sat with their backs to a 10th-floor window that looks east across a city that Mr. Malloy has governed since 1995, talking about an up-and-down battle with a son’s depression and drug abuse.
“Ben has been a challenge for nine years or so,” Mr. Malloy began.
He fell silent. Eight seconds passed.
“Yeah, from the time he was 12,” Mr. Malloy said. “He just presented different issues to us.”
Over 90 minutes, the Malloys talked easily about being in the public eye, less so about the particulars of Ben’s condition, other than saying he suffers from a form of depression. They declined to discuss his legal case.

e don’t hear the irate proclamation from the good Governor regarding Gun Possession by his mentally ill son. Do we? Where is the outrage? Where is the loud out-cry to either commit or institutionalize the individual for this heinous crime? Wasn’t that the outcry regarding Adam Lanza or the demand of the Governor for law abiding Gun owners?————————————————————————————————————————–
This sob story by the Gov was later continued with this contrary perspective.
Malloy: Simple drug possession should not be a felony
W
e could go on and on with examples of the corruption regarding Gov. Dan Malloy’s family or for that matter most holding an official Government status or title. Many of these families are above the law and serve a healthy heaping of “Two Tiered Justice System” on the rest of us. Search Google regarding arrests or criminal activities associate with individuals and their families within Government. The outrage from the people of Connecticut should deafen the rest of the country, however the citizens go along to get along and suffer the consequences of their apathy. Those who suffer the most in the long run are those with no official elite entitlements attached to their family names. Money and wealth win the day when it comes to justice. Those WITH get off and those WITHOUT get the book thrown at them for class C misdemeanors.
